- Must have experience of working at supervisory level or above within the Recycling, Craft or Production sectors.
- Must possess strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Must be familiar with Health and Safety practices, ideally within industrial/workshop environments.
- Possess a compassionate nature, to support vulnerable learners.
- A passion for training and development.
- To provide tailored, hands-on support to groups of learners within a workshop setting, who are gaining skills and experience in the fields of production and craft (furniture upcycling, handmade items etc.).
- Creation of schedules and targets, ensuring production and contractual goals are met.
- Conduct regular 1:1's and development meetings with your learners, to uphold motivation and high standards of performance.
- Conduct health and safety assessments, administering safe work practices.
- Work in partnership with the wider education team, to support your learners with the development of Employability and Literacy/Reading skills.
- Manage and audit inventory and stock levels, to meet training and production demands.
- Completion of required documentation and reports.
