About the Role:

As a Programme Manager, you will lead and manage project teams, driving the successful delivery of multi-discipline projects within the transport sector. You will engage with stakeholders, manage supplier relationships, and ensure projects meet key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, develop, and manage project teams to ensure high performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain key relationships internally and externally, including Sales and Operations.
  • Supplier Management: Oversee supplier relationships and ensure KPIs are consistently met.
  • Project Management: Deliver complex, multi-discipline projects with responsibility for P&L at the project level.
  • Transport Projects: Experience in delivering public transport projects is essential.
  • E-Ticketing/SMART Ticketing/PAYG: Any experience in these areas is a plus.
