Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the planning, administration, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and deadlines.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with stakeholders and facilitate communication effectively to report on project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Documentation: Produce and maintain essential project documents, including project plans, meeting minutes, and risk assessment matrices.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project finances accurately, ensuring proper tracking of resources and deliverables for financial auditing.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest quality standards throughout all phases of project delivery, including tracking and controlling project outcomes.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses:
- Relevant Project Management certification (e.g., Prince2 Practitioner).
- Proven experience managing diverse projects, particularly within a healthcare or critical facility context.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, capable of suggesting creative solutions to challenges.
