THE ROLE:
The Demand and Supply Planner is responsible for forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and ensuring a balanced supply chain to meet customer needs efficiently. This role involves collaborating with sales, production, and Supply Chain teams to align supply chain activities with market demand and company objectives.

Demand Forecasting: Analyse historical sales data and market trends. Use tools to predict future demand and collaborate with sales for accurate forecasting.
Supply Planning: Develop supply plans, coordinate with production and procurement, and monitor supplier performance.
Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, implement control measures, and analyse trends.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate plans effectively.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and conduct root cause analysis.
Continuous Improvement: Enhance forecasting and planning processes, implement best practices.

THE CANDIDATE:
Experience with advanced planning systems and demand forecasting software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in ERP systems (Netstock is preferable), Microsoft Business Central 365 and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
