My client based in Helmsley is searching for a strong and technically minded Administrator with previous experience in purchasing or a desire to develop their skill set in this field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, sourcing high-quality materials to meet clients specific project needs.
  • Manage procurement documentation, oversee stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, finance, and workshop teams to support efficient project workflows and on-time delivery.
  • Organise and monitor project components, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget parameters.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards related to material procurement and storage.

Working Hours

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
