My client based in Helmsley is searching for a strong and technically minded Administrator with previous experience in purchasing or a desire to develop their skill set in this field.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, sourcing high-quality materials to meet clients specific project needs.
- Manage procurement documentation, oversee stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with sales, design, finance, and workshop teams to support efficient project workflows and on-time delivery.
- Organise and monitor project components, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget parameters.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards related to material procurement and storage.
Working Hours
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
