Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to take on a rewarding role with a clear progression path and excellent support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and exceptional customer service to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and completion statements.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal procedures.
  • Manage cases efficiently and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and residential conveyancing processes.
  • Experience in managing a busy caseload independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ideally, experience using case management software.
