Sales Negotiator, Boroughbridge, £26-£27,000 plus commissionIf you love working with people, have a passion for property and enjoy working in a sales and customer service environment, then this may be the role for you?To be considered you must have had experience working in an estate or lettings agent wth excellent communication skills and hold a UK driving licenceDuties• Register applicants and maintain accurate records.• Arrange viewing appointments and gather feedback.• Attend viewings with the clients• Negotiate with potential buyers.• Obtain local market information to assist with Market Appraisals.• Assist the Branch Manager with launching properties to the market.• Collaborate with their marketing department and to provide content.• Support the Sales Progression team.• Meet and greet clients/customers

Requirements• Experience in an estate agency is preferred• Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner • Excellent written skill and attention to detail.• Proficient in IT and able to pick up new technologies.• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.• Have a full, clean driving licence with access to a car and be willing to travel to clients properties to meet the requirements of the role.• Passion for property and knowledge of the local area.

The hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 9-5.30pm and Fridays 9- 5pm with an hour for lunch plus every other Saturday 9-1pm. You will receive time back in lieu for working the Saturday.
