RECEPTION LEAD

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administration Manager sitting in the Service Delivery Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities
  • To be responsible for the effective operation of all administrative functions, managing issues efficiently and escalating concerns appropriately
  • Develop and implement related strategies to achieve business goals
  • Have direct line management of the Reception Team including 121s, annual appraisals, performance reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the work
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution
  • Continually review administration systems and processes to ensure quality.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updatest
  • Prepare and present reports to management
Qualifications
  • Proven experience of administrative procedures
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
