RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist for our client’s team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative support across the organisation.

- Permanent
- Salary £23,250 per annum
- Full-time - working over 5 days Mon-Fri between the hours of 8am-6pm. Plus I in 4 Saturday mornings 9am - 1pm. (you must be available to work until 6pm on 3 days a week)
A SNAPSHOT OF THE DAY
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Booking appointments
- Taking payments
- Processing insurance claims
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
IS THIS THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOU? Our client is looking for someone who:
- Proven experience as a receptionist would be desirable but not essential
- Able deliver a high standard of customer service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
