RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist for our client’s team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative support across the organisation.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Permanent
  • Salary £23,250 per annum
  • Full-time - working over 5 days Mon-Fri between the hours of 8am-6pm. Plus I in 4 Saturday mornings 9am - 1pm. (you must be available to work until 6pm on 3 days a week)

A SNAPSHOT OF THE DAY

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Booking appointments
  • Taking payments
  • Processing insurance claims
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings

  • Proven experience as a receptionist would be desirable but not essential
