- Serving as the go-to person for all HR matters.
- Reviewing HR policies and procedures to ensure best practice.
- Educating and supporting Managers within the business to create a HR compliant environment.
- Prior experience working within a HR / recruitment role.
- Portray a winning mentality with experience of working towards deadlines.
- Ability to perform tasks independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle and communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficient IT skills with ability to use different software / applications.
