Hours: Full time 4 days in the office 1 day working from home

Salary: £25,000 plus commission of up to 30% and a realistic OTE of £60,000 per year

You will be identifying and developing opportunities in a pro-active sales environment, showing strong negotiation skills to meet clients and candidates needs effectively through:

  • Candidate attraction and registration
  • Client management and growth
  • Relationship management
  • Negotiation
  • Ensuring Targets and KPI's are met at all times
