Senior Recruitment Consultant
Boroughbridge - up to 拢40,000 + commission
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join one of our amazing partners - Hinton Recruitment Partners, but not just a Recruitment Consultant, someone who can be a number 2 to the Directors.
They specialise in Packaging Machinery recruitment and Test, Inspection and Certification across the UK. Based in Boroughbridge, it鈥檚 a nice change of pace from the City, which can suit some people!
Hinton are looking for someone who is ambitious and organised and can work to the fast-paced environment that recruitment brings. If you come from that market, great! but if you are a Recruiter from any sector looking for a new challenge, this position could still be for you so lets still have a chat.
Flexibility and hybrid working will very much be on offer, it鈥檚 important to them employees get a good work / life balance. A generous bonus scheme will also be in place meaning you really can earn some decent cash!

What we need:
路 A fantastic communicator. Both excellent written & verbal communication skills are vital
路 Ability to organise and plan your day
路 Excellent general organisation skills
路 2 years + experience working in recruitment in any sector
路 A driven and ambitious individual
