Working as the Restaurant General Manager you'll have the autonomy to operate your restaurant as if it were your own, focusing on enhancing performance in four crucial areas: People, Customers, Sales, and Profit.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Restaurant General Manager include:
- Manage the restaurant’s performance
- Coach, train, and engage your team, growing them to become their best selves
- Deliver on KPIs to ensure your restaurant meets the group’s excellent standards
- Perform weekly admin tasks to help maintain a functional and well-oiled machine that is your restaurant
- Run the shop floor to a high standard, delighting customers and creating a memorable experience that keeps them coming back again and again
- Manage the restaurants recruitment process, to bring in the best talent who demonstrate core values; smart, heart, courage
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience of leading and developing a team in an operational, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working within the restaurant industry would be great. However, the company will consider candidates who have held management positions in supermarkets, pubs, high street retailers, banks or similar customer facing environments
- Drive, passion, and a natural energy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
