Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional individual to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a variety of building services systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards are upheld while working closely with engineers and subcontractors. This is a hands-on role that requires strong client liaison and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across all relevant systems.
* Ensure compliance with SHE standards and health and safety regulations.
* Actively liaise with clients, addressing concerns and relaying issues to management when needed.
* Ensure accurate completion of work-related documentation and reports in a timely manner.
* Investigate infrastructure shortfalls, problems, and incidents, recommending remedial actions.
* Coordinate connections to existing plant and systems.
* Effectively maintain O&M Manuals and adhere to quality procedures.
* Availability for weekend work as scheduled, including out-of-hours call-outs.
* Compliance with all statutory regulations, including health and safety, hygiene, and local fire regulations.

Person Specification:
One of the below qualification.
* Apprenticeship OR equivalent qualification in relevant engineering field.
* OR IOSH or equivalent safety qualification.
* OR C&G/BTEC Mechanical and Electrical Building Services OR Engineering Parts 1, 2, and 3, NVQ with multi-skilled engineering Level 3.
* OR C&G 2079 F Gas OR equivalent, HVAC OR gas equivalent, OR C&G 2391/2 18th edition IEE regulations.
* Practical experience with building services disciplines such as heating, hot water, ventilation, refrigeration, environmental control, electrical power distribution, and public health.
* Ability to work within a shift rota and handle out-of-hours responsibilities.
