About the Role

As a Community Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, build a vibrant community, and lead an enthusiastic team. What You’ll DoCreate a Standout Resident Experience
  • Build an engaging, inclusive, and safe environment where students feel supported and inspired.
  • Plan and deliver exceptional events and activities that delight and connect our residents.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with universities, colleges, and local organizations to elevate our offering and reputation.
Operational Excellence
  • Assist with all aspects of property management, from safety compliance to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Drive performance by collaborating with the General Manager to meet and exceed KPIs, occupancy targets, and revenue goals.
  • Support property mobilisation, ensuring smooth check-ins and an exceptional start for both residents and team members.
Lead a High-Performing Team
  • Motivate and mentor your team to achieve their best, championing a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct one-to-ones, appraisals, and development plans to help team members thrive.
