As a Secure & Complex Services Advocate, you will be based onsite at the Priory Stockton Hall secure mental health unit supporting a diverse range of vulnerable adults with profound and multiple needs. You'll champion their voices, provide persuasive verbal and written representations, and work in partnership with clients and professionals. Your mission will be to understand, explore, and act on issues faced by those who need it the most. You will be a key player in creating positive outcomes through effective advocacy.

Hours of Work: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week, working agreed days between Monday to Friday (9 am - 5 pm)

Location: Office based; Priory Stockton Hall. (Applicants must live within the area; have a full drivers licence and access to their own transport)

Salary: £14,040.00 - £14,164.05 (Full time equivalent £23,088.00 - £23,292.00 per annum, dependent on experience)

Secure & Complex Services Advocate Requirements:
Outstanding communication skills with a strong passion for supporting vulnerable people.
Experience working with vulnerable adults, especially those affected by significant health and social care issues.
Ability to handle highly sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Proven track record in advocacy, information, and advice roles, ideally in health, social care, or voluntary settings.
Residence within commutable distance of Elm Park and Sutton Manor Hospitals, with a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
