Nonstop Care is currently working with Independent fostering agency in the West Yorkshire area who are looking for a senior supervising social worker to join their team.
They offer the opportunity to work from home allowing you to spend less time travelling to the office and spend more time working on your caseloads which will lead to greater job satisfaction and flexibility.
You will be joining a Good Ofsted IFA who's core focus is to create better outcomes for the children in their care, this is done by being provided with training and development opportunities which enhances your ability for further career progression.
Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be to provide a quality and professional service by supervising and supporting allocated foster carers to achieve the best outcomes for all children and young people in foster care.
Attend and participate in case conferences, reviews, planning meetings, prepare reports and risk assessments, advise children and young people of their rights and assist them.

Requirements:
This role requires a Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration, a driving licence and access to your own vehicle and experience as a Social Worker, ideally within a fostering service.
