This company is a global leader in agriculture supplies who have been established over a century and are continuing to grow. They are now looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join a small team who will have a huge impact on future projects. They are currently seeking an ambitious individual to take lead in all QHSE activities.

In this role you'll be lead and manage all aspects of the Health, Safety, Welfare and Environmental issues for 2 of their sites. You'll be leading all site safety culture, drafting and managing the COMAH safety reports as well developing and monitoring risk assessment programmes for site. You'll be reporting and liaising with their global indices .

The ideal candidate would have a strong HSEQ background, people management, experience with COMAH and ideally from a Chemical/Science background.

THE ROLE:
*Lead and manage all aspects of the health, safety, welfare and environmental issues at 2 of their sites
*Leading all site safety culture - behaviour base safety, safety committees, safety inspections
*Draft and manage COMAH Safety Report
*Develop and monitor risk assessment programmes for the sites

THE PERSON:
*HSEQ Manager
*COMAH / NEBOSH essential
*Ideally from a Chemical/Science/Engineering background
*Worked to ISO9001/ISO14001/45001 standards
*Working knowledge of Human Factors
*People Management experience
