Role: Yard Sales Operative / Relief Driver

With a network of branches our client supplies a range of building products, timber and construction supplies to trade and retail customers .
This successful branch is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ideally experienced Yard Sales Operative / Relief Driver to join their busy team. Please bear in mind that the Relief Driver element of the role will require you to have a Class 2 licence. This would ideally include HIAB certification but the company may well put a suitable candidate through that training if required.
The ideal candidate would have experience of working in a builders merchants environment but this isn't essential and if you've worked somewhere where you've attained transferable skills then that may well be sufficient. Basically, if you have a Class 2 licence and would like a role dealing with respected customers face to face then this could be the role for you.
It is an important role for our client. Ultimately, the business requires a friendly, positive individual to join an established team who will support you along the way. Someone who will be able to help deliver the good service that this company's customers have become accustomed to. A really nice aspect of the role is that you'll be able to build relationships with a loyal customer base. Attention to detail is important.
Training on the company's products will be provided where necessary.
