They are looking to recruit a number of Customer Sales Advisors to join their Customer Service Team. You will be dealing with general enquiries from existing and new customers. You'll have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills, but most importantly; strive to deliver a great customer experience. You will work Monday to Friday, two/three days from home and no weekends or bank holidays

Responsibilities

  • You will speak to new and existing members through warm inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling) by explaining the benefits of the products and services
  • Retain members who want to cancel their membership by explaining the benefits of the products and services
  • Contacting existing members who have cancelled or stopped payments to upsell the benefits of retaining membership
  • Working on admin and emails received from potential and existing members

  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Enjoys working to individual and department objectives.
  • Self-motivated, professional and resilient at all times
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to think on your feet
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic and positive attitude

A full induction programme and ongoing training will provide you with an extensive knowledge and understanding of the core products.There is a requirement to attend 5 weeks offull-time training Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, starting on Monday 14th October. You must be available for the whole training periodand have no annual leave during this time.
