Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing a warm and welcoming customer experience from start to finish
Delivering outstanding customer service at all times to all customers
Driving sales through strong product knowledge and passion for the items
Maintaining excellent standards of personal presentation reflective of the brand
Liaise and communicate with your colleagues in a professional and understanding manner
Merchandising stock to maximise impact and polishing stock and cabinets
Replenishing stock to ensure that the full range is visible to the customer
Perform admin duties associated, i.e. completion of orders, repair dockets, sales invoices
Performing till duties, processing card and cash transactions professionally and accurately
Being highly responsible and vigilant with regard to personal and store security
Attend necessary training courses required by the watch and jewellery brands
Requirements:
Experience in jewellery or watch sales
Outstanding communication skills
Friendly and engaging personality
