Are you an aspiring Mortgage and Protection Adviser keen to join a thriving Financial Services business with an outstanding reputation in the market?
Working remotely, advising customers around York and its surrounding areas, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified Mortgage Adviser who has completed study and is now ready to take the step into the advice world and gain experience, being supported by a successful and extremely knowledge Practice Principal and an award winning network. You would also have access to an office base in York as often as you require it.
This role has arisen due to continued organic growth, and, as such, you will be part of a flourishing business. Crucially, will have access to high-quality leads from an existing client base. As you gain experience and confidence, you will be expanding that existing client base via your own business development methods, and you’ll be supported to really maximise your earning potential.

It is a newly created role, for a well-established and quality focused Mortgage Advice business with a strong reputation in the local area.

What’s involved in the role:
- You will benefit from both flexible working options and ongoing training and development.
- Following up on leads promptly and maximising opportunities to convert referrals.
- Building and nourishing relationships with clients who really value a quality service.
- You will be provided with leads from an existing client base and will also be supported to undertake pro-active business development and advertising to generate your own leads.
- Dealing with enquiries via a range of sources and will be responsible for managing the subsequent customer journey (in the long term there will be access to support from an administrator).
- Responsible for booking appointments, fact finding, research and recommendation and building outstanding client rapport to generate future business.
- Ensuring the most effective advice process, striving to exceed customer expectations at all times.
- You will have access to a wide range of market mortgage providers and will be responsible for cases from start to finish.
We can consider Mortgage and Protection Advisers at all levels, with no prior experience necessary. You will and you will receive full training and mentoring as well as a generous share of commission and will have earning potential that is totally uncapped.
