My client is on a mission to transform their IT operations, and we need a talented Infrastructure Manager to lead our 3rd Line IT Infrastructure team. This is your chance to shape the future of our IT services, drive innovation, and support a growing, geographically diverse business.

What You'll Do

As our Infrastructure Manager, you'll:

  • Lead and inspire a team of skilled engineers, mentoring them to achieve their full potential.
  • Own and Improve our IT infrastructure, including Azure, O365, VMware, and networking, to keep the lights on and the business running smoothly.
  • Drive innovation and process improvement, using your technical expertise to implement automation, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Service Delivery, Security, and Projects to deliver exceptional IT services.
  • Tackle complex challenges, from managing incident backlogs to designing solutions for a growing, flexible
  • business.

What We're Looking For

We need someone who:

  • Has a strong technical background in Microsoft Azure, O365, VMware, networking, and server infrastructure.
  • Has 3+ years of experience managing IT teams in a 24/7 environment.
  • Is a natural leader with proven experience mentoring teams, managing performance, and driving results.
  • Has a passion for problem-solving and a logical, analytical approach to work.
  • Is a great communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships across the business.
  • Is organised, adaptable, and thrives under pressure.

Nice-to-Have (but not essential):

  • Certifications in ITIL, Prince2, or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, FortiGate firewalls, or SDWAN.
