We're hiring a Project Management Office (PMO) Lead to play a critical role in driving operational excellence across a dynamic and established IT solutions and services provider. With over 25 years of experience, this organisation operates internationally across public, private, and social sectors, delivering tailored, end-to-end solutions in cloud infrastructure, cyber security, managed services, and data centre technologies.
The business has a strong reputation for quality delivery, using industry-recognised frameworks like ITIL and Prince2. Its consultative and collaborative approach ensures clients-from boardroom to frontline-receive strategic guidance and hands-on support to accelerate their digital transformation goals.
What You'll Be Doing-
Lead the PMO function, ensuring governance, planning, risk management, financial tracking, and reporting are delivered to a high standard

Develop and support a skilled PMO team with clear objectives and career development paths

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile delivery

Maintain and enhance project tools, templates, and documentation standards

Create intuitive and insightful reporting for executive stakeholders

Establish consistent governance practices and oversee project health checks

Act as a key point of support for delivery teams across multiple business units

Proven experience in a PMO Lead or Senior Project Management role

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

Solid understanding of project methodologies (Prince2, Agile, ITIL)

Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and consistency
