Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm Friday- 9am- 4:30pm
On-going temporary role
Pay rate: National Minimum Wage
Vetting and security clearance is required for this role and can take 1-3 months to complete before starting.

The Role:


To provide an effective and efficient first point of contact with all visitors, telephone callers and undertake administrative functions in accordance with service policy and procedures. The job holder works collaboratively with other team members to provide reception duties and a range of administrative support services. The job holder must promote diversity and anti-discriminatory practice in the performance of the post in a way that embraces Equality and values Diversity.
The post holder must adhere to all policies in respect of the sensitive/confidential nature of the information handled whilst working in this position.

Skills required:
Knowledge of word, excel, email eg Outlook, (PowerPoint optional), internet.
Online training will be provided to enable search and navigation of NPS electronic case recording system.
Admin experience
Good communication skills
Able to work with challenging customers
