THE JOB ROLE: PRODUCT & CONTRACTING MANAGER
- Develop, manage, and optimize our product offerings.
- Negotiate favorable contracting agreements for high-quality products.
- Achieve financial and customer experience KPIs.
- Monitor and enhance product quality to meet targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Research market trends and customer preferences to identify new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive planned customer volume and competitive pricing.
- Support the Contact Centre team with product knowledge and training.
- Analyze sales performance and market feedback for product enhancements.
THE IDEAL PERSON
- Proven experience in product management and supplier negotiation within the travel industry, preferably.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business applications.
