THE JOB ROLE: PRODUCT & CONTRACTING MANAGER

  • Develop, manage, and optimize our product offerings.
  • Negotiate favorable contracting agreements for high-quality products.
  • Achieve financial and customer experience KPIs.
  • Monitor and enhance product quality to meet targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Research market trends and customer preferences to identify new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive planned customer volume and competitive pricing.
  • Support the Contact Centre team with product knowledge and training.
  • Analyze sales performance and market feedback for product enhancements.

THE IDEAL PERSON

  • Proven experience in product management and supplier negotiation within the travel industry, preferably.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business applications.
