Role Profile

With a passion for providing cutting edge products to businesses, this business helps businesses function safely. In this role your primary responsibility will be the coordination of work at overseas destinations. You'll report into an experienced Senior Operations Manager and play an integral part of the Plant Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise relevant resources associated to overseas installations and servicing
  • End to end management of process ranging from order receipt to invoicing, including coordination of materials, labour and relevant documentation
  • Processing orders from customers vis the system
  • Providing quotes and estimates to various stakeholders
  • Allocating BOM's accurately and efficiently
  • Provide all relevant shipment documentation to ensure smoothly delivery to destination
  • Track shipments of parts and ensure stakeholders are aware of timescales and any issues on the way
  • Invoice work following completion
  • Liaise and collaborate with supply chain function to ensure delivery meets customers expectations
  • Data cleanse CRM

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a similar role, ideally including international coordination would be advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills with evidenced examples of collaboration, problem solving and decision making
  • Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
