Duties will include
General business administration, including a variety of administrative tasks.
Providing customer service to business and consumer customers to solve routine sales and support enquiries.
Financial admin including entry of accounts payable invoices and basic bookkeeping.
Compiling and entering data for product listings in our catalogue.
Purchasing support to assist the buyer with administrative tasks.
Following and updating procedures to ensure the business systems are documented, functioning, and up to date.
Compiling and analysing data and reporting on it
Sourcing and purchasing, controlling budgets and reviewing costs
Acting a liaison between internal departments of the business
Requirements
Administrative experience with a good knowledge of spreadsheets and documents.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Precise mathematical skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Great research skills.
