Welder Fabricator
Offering £14.00 - £17.00 per hour (39-hour week contract) plus Overtime and Benefits.
Our client is an established manufacturer of machinery and equipment, based near York. Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting a Welder Fabricator to join their busy workshop. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday - Friday offering flexibility on start/finish times each day. The successful Welder Fabricator will receive support, guidance and on-the-job training.
Welder Fabricator Responsibilities:
- MIG Welding & Fabrication of steel to a high standard.
- Working from detailed engineering drawings.
- Checking quality of completed work is of a high standard.
- Be able to solve problems and make decisions when needed.
- Follow day-to-day production plans to meet deadlines.
- Clearly communicate with fellow Welder Fabricators and management, all relevant information including job briefs, job progress etc.
Welder Fabricator - Suitable Candidate:
- Experienced Welder Fabricator, ideally experienced working with Steel.
- Be a team player with the confidence to work independently.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Be able to work with no/minimum supervision when required, using own initiative.
The Welder Fabricator position is offering £14.00 - £17.00 per hour (39-hour week contract) plus Overtime and Benefits. Based at their site near York, this is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday between 7.00am - 5pm.
