Our client, a prominent educational institution, is seeking a School Administrator to join their dedicated team. As an Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of meetings in schools, support with administration needs and monitor email inbox.

  • Full-time, Mon-Fri, 37 hours per week, Office hours
  • This is a temporary role to cover a busy period until end of March.
  • 12.84 per hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide administrative support in meetings
  • Clerking meetings and sending out agendas
  • Operate PowerPoint presentations
  • Take notation of discussions and questions within meetings
  • Send out meeting notes to attendees following the meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support administratively
  • Keeping online databases up to date
  • Supporting 4-5 Schools, average of 8 meetings per term

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
