I am working with an established business looking to take on a Graduate Business Executive to work within a busy manufacturing business in South Wales. This role would be well suited to a graduate with a degree in a subject like Finance or Business, who will be exposed to operations and sales functions of the business through a structured training plan. Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for clients, ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies and customer expectations.
• Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance to management.
• Work with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Exposure to people management and HR responsibility.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• The successful candidate will have a degree in a business related subject - Business, Finance, Economics etc
• This role will require you to be a detail orientated individual.
• An outgoing and confident personality.
• The ability to reliably commute to Ystrad Mynach.
