Job Description: FP&A Consultant (Contractor)
Overview:
Jefferson Wells is supporting our client in the manufacturing industry on their search for an FP&A Consultant to join their team on a contract basis. In this role, you will support financial operations and key business decisions and collaborate closely with the CFO and CEO, as well as other members of the finance team. The ideal candidate will focus on business analysis, data cleansing and analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
This is a contract role and does have the opportunity to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to support business decisions.
- Sort, clean, and analyze data.
- Financial results interpretation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to provide actionable business recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 3-12 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Strong business analysis skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-person work environment.
- Experience with corporate and commercial functions is highly desirable. Manufacturing industry experience is a bonus.
Details:
- Location: North Akron, OH
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days remote
- Contract Length: Initial 2-3 months, with the potential for extension
- Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible.
