Being licensed in Arizona is preferred for a quick start in this employed position
Monday through Friday schedule; 6 weeks of vacation/holiday time; flex schedule may be available
ASC procedures (mostly GI); negotiable relocation assistance
Must be board certified or board eligible; malpractice coverage provided
