An internist is needed at a successful practice in Minnesota. Come join a practice team of 2 internal medicine physicians, one nurse practitioner, and one medical assistant. You will have access to collaborative curbside consults from onsite multi-specialty physicians, in addition to onsite pharmacy and social work. You will work 32 patient hours, and 8 hours of non-visit time. The incoming physician will see an average of 14 to 16 patients per day. There will be a mature patient population with a need for complex care, so geriatric interest or training is a plus. There is also an opportunity for education and research. The ideal physician should be a team player, willing to share call, enjoys working closely with multi-specialty group members, and communicates well with patients and colleagues.
