About the role

SUMMARY:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for (1) leading project initiatives (2) Lead/Coach verticals project managers to deliver the projects (3) building methodologies used by Vertical Project managers, aligned with the Future@Work strategy for Adecco US, driving business performance, and ensuring a consistent focus of all activities, processes, and systems to create value for and with Clients, Candidates, Associates, and Colleagues.

 

What you’ll be doing

SSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Scope

  • Implement the strategy of the Group within the boundaries of agreed responsibilities
  • Implement the Future@Work strategy for Adecco, driving achievement of strategic and financial objectives of Adecco and ensuring alignment with strategy and ambition of TAG overall

 

Methodology & Best practice sharing

  • Lead and support Project Director and SVP to build Projects methodologies
  • Lead the methodology adoptions with related stakeholders (Vertical PMs, OPEX, …)

 

Roadmap/Project Plan definition

 

  • Collaborates with Leadership to create and execute a formal project plan/road map to be used for business projects.
  • Proactively identify organizational, process, technology pain points and Lead discovery analysis with the support of verticals, support functions leaders and SMEs.

 

Project Mgt Execution

 

  • Lead multiple & complex project initiatives applying defined methodologies and best practices to deliver projects expected outcomes on time, quality and budget.
  • Lead/Coach verticals project managers to deliver the projects.

 

 

Status Reports & Communication

  • Create and deliver project status to Leadership team and escalates issues to leadership as soon as identified with a proposed mitigation plan with support from Directors or SVP
About you

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with a minimum of three (5) years in project management role, preferably within staffing industry, required. Project Management certification is highly desirable. Minimum of seven (7) years of equivalent combination of post high school education and experience may be considered.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to guide/coach PMs on project management methodologies

· Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing, both in one-on-one and group settings.

· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.

· Ability to demonstrate critical thinking based on in-depth data and substantiating information, considering and respecting other’s input, personal values and ethics.

· Ability to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple projects that may vary in nature and scope.

· Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.

· Ability to prepare and deliver ad hoc presentations to various groups of stakeholders.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $87831 - $ 109789. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.

 

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
