- $450k base compensation plus $15k for voluntary calls
- Total compensation averages $530 to $590k per year
- Partnership is voted on at 18 months and granted at the completion of two years
- $61k for pension contribution and $1,650 employer funded HRA account
- $50k sign on bonus and $10k for relocation
- $3k for CME - all licensing, CME, and board fees are reimbursed
- $500/month for car expenses and $80/month for cell phone expenses
- A partner is required to buy one share of stock in the practice, costing $2,500 (buy-in)
