- $565k compensation plus a $40k sign-on bonus and $10k relocation for out-of-state candidates
- Duties include teaching residents, medical students, and CRNA students
- Procedures include general surgery, thoracic, vascular, neuro, and OB: No high-risk neonates
- Cardiac anesthesia fellowship required
- Physician may be eligible for PSLF program
