Sign-on bonus via a forgivable loan is available for this employed position
$150k loan repayment available; $30k in year 1, $35k in year 2, $40k in year 3, and $45k in year 4
Call is 1:3 and 1 weekend per month; physicians are first call
General ENT position, but subspecialties are welcome
Must be willing to do at least 50% general ENT
