Must have active state license
BC required
Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
PALS required
Up to 20 GI and ENT cases per day, 4 - 8 OR cases per day
General and ENT required and the ability to perform regional would be a plus but not required
DEA needed
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
