Must have active state license
Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
Ideally looking for someone with at least 3 yrs of urology experience
30 patients per day, mix of geriatric (50%) and adult (50%)
Board certification preferred or be at least board eligible
Credentialing needed
DEA needed
