Position Description
We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Architecture Business Architect to join our team!
This individual will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to define and map business capabilities, processes, and systems, ensuring a holistic approach to enterprise transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business strategy, process optimization, and organizational design. They will serve as a bridge between business units and technology teams, translating business needs into architectural solutions.
Key Capabilities
Capability Mapping - Define and document business capabilities and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategy.
Business-IT Alignment - Work closely with IT and business leaders to ensure that technology initiatives support business objectives.
Strategic Planning - Develop business architecture frameworks and roadmaps that guide business transformation efforts and optimize the company's value stream.
Process Optimization - Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation across the organization.
Change Management - Support the organization through business transformation initiatives, focusing on process, people, and technology impacts.
Collaboration - Engage with enterprise architects, application architects, and other key stakeholders to ensure business requirements are addressed across architecture layers.
Governance - Establish and enforce business architecture principles, guidelines, and best practices to drive consistency.
Minimum Requirements
Typically requires 13+ years, with 8+ years, of direct work-related experience
