Pay Rate: $25.3153/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow all plant safety rules, LOTO, and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
• Follow all SOP’s that are applicable to performing this work as well as general plant SOP’s.
• Ensure that all quality SOP requirements are being followed and that visual inspection is occurring and documented at all times.
• Feed four (4) rotofeeds with tops and bottoms that are on the pallet feeder
• Report to shift supervisor for further requirements when lines are down or underperforming.
• Participate in team meetings as required.
• Sorting as per instructions.
• When requested/required – assist in covering for the Palletizer Operator.
• Good housekeeping is required at all times.  The work area is to be clean, orderly, and free of hazards at all times.  Hazards include but are not limited to ends, broken wood, and torn bags.
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with other team members
• Strong attention to detail and ability to establish and maintain a high level of organization and quality
• Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds occasionally and regularly stand, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance. This position also requires manual dexterity/fine motor skills.
• Ability to work an eight (8) hour shift; frequent overtime may also be required
