The Production Team Leader is responsible for repair of industrial equipment and has the ability to direct, train, develop, and motivate shift team members. You will work along with the Shift Supervisor to ensure a safe environment and quality products. This is a 3rd shift position.

You Will:

  • Troubleshoot & repair extrusion blowmolding machinery using your mechanical and electrical skills.

  • Control scrap, reliability, and quality through process checks

  • Participate in daily process team meetings

  • Utilize SAP for various transactions

  • Train and develop Production Technicians while also relieving them for lunches and breaks

  • Act as back-up Shift Supervisor as needed.

  • Follow and enforce Company and local work rules, safety rules, policies, work instruction, and the Quality and Food Safety program

You Have:

  • Two or four year technical degree and/or comparable related experience.  

  • Excellent safety practices.

  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

  • Interpersonal & communication skills to effectively relate with & motivate people

  • Ability to train and develop associates.

  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
