The McKesson Cell, Gene, and Advanced Therapies business is at the forefront of healthcare innovation, specializing in the development of services that support groundbreaking therapies that are revolutionizing patient care. We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and self-starting candidate with a broad background in sales operations and analytics to join our team.

This role will be responsible for the following:

  • Defining and maintaining the sales pipeline through market analysis, refine the drug pipeline to identify high priority sales targets
  • Oversee the sales funnel by tracking progress through the sales cycle, analyzing pertinent data, and making recommendations to improve velocity
  • Develop leadership presentations and an on-going communications cadence to drive awareness, collaboration, and decisions.
  • Performing market analysis and maintaining competitive intelligence and insights to support sales strategy and targeting.
  • Creating company/product briefs to support sales prospecting.
  • Sales forecasting and data analysis, providing valuable insight into performance and informing decisions related to business growth.
  • Streamlining and optimizing the sales process.
  • Selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools, including a CRM.
  • Establishing data analysis to support marketing & prospecting, sales planning & forecasting as well as customer quarterly business reviews
  • Developing and maintaining sales playbooks as needed to include Performing sales training as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent and 7+ years of relevant experience in sales operations & analytics
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or pharmaceutical services industry, with at least a year of that experience in cell & gene therapies

Education

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or related field or equivalent experience,

Critical Skills

  • Experience in supporting a sales team with unique sales solutions.
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel techniques.
  • Experience with CRM tools, including Salesforce.com.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Skills

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence others.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment and build credible relationships across multi-business units, management teams, and business partners.
  • Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong prioritization, time management and project management skills.
  • Ability to function independently, demonstrate flexibility, and work effectively with internal and external teams.
