We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, temporary Director of Nursing contract at a St. Cloud facility. This role offers Monday–Friday daytime hours. What You’ll Do
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide leadership, manage compliance, and support team development
- Collaborate with physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs, and aides
- Monitor patient conditions, review orders, and administer care
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license in Minnesota
- At least one year of experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), Or Director of Nursing (DON)
- Familiarity with federal and state survey processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- CPR certification and knowledge of healthcare regulations
