We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, temporary Director of Nursing contract at a St. Cloud facility. This role offers Monday–Friday daytime hours. What You’ll Do

Oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care
Provide leadership, manage compliance, and support team development
Collaborate with physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs, and aides
Monitor patient conditions, review orders, and administer care

What We’re Looking For

Active RN license in Minnesota
At least one year of experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), Or Director of Nursing (DON)
Familiarity with federal and state survey processes
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
CPR certification and knowledge of healthcare regulations
