Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operating advanced Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines
- Setting up jobs, troubleshooting ink, glue, and plate issues
- Ensuring production meets high-quality standards and customer demands
Requirements for Machine Operator:
- Experience in converting, printing, paper packaging, corrugates, or a similar manufacturing environment
- Proven mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for long periods (10-hour shifts) and lift up to 50lbs
- Experience with Beasley, Garant, or Weber bag machines is a plus
