Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for administering a comprehensive training and development program in partnership with the park training
department and shared services for all team members within the Operations Division, to include but not limited to: Department
Training, On-The-Job Training & follow up, Train-The-Trainer, Team Member Development.
• Responsible for Auditing Trainers in-park, ensuring team members are receiving the proper information
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Willing to cross-train and assist with all other duties as assigned by Operations Management.


Organizational Structure:
• Reports to Department Training Managerial.


The Ideal Candidate Must Possess the following:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Self-driven and strategic professional with the ability to select, train, and lead a diverse team.
• Organized and meticulously detail-oriented. Strong initiative. Energetic. Outgoing. Can-do attitude.
• A clear criminal background record and valid state driver’s license.
• Strong leadership, organization and computer skills (Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Coaching or teaching experience is preferred.
• Excellent oral, written, and communication skills, with the ability to teach a group new concepts or processes.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to walk long distances, stand for long periods, have excellent vision (corrected, if applicable).
