JOB SUMMARY:
Assist with the daily operation and general activities in the Human Resources office including weekends, holidays, and evenings

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Activation of New/Returning Hires, International Hires, and Lessee/Vendor Employees in UKG-HR System
  • Checks for and inputs status changes such as pay rate changes, a/c transfers, address updates, direct deposits, and various other status changes in UKG-HR System
  • Tracks and reports on orientation and department training status and updates
  • Uploading and filing completed documents and make copies when requested
  • Assist with planning and execution of Employee Relations Events
  • Assist with instant recognition program Team Six
  • Maintaining stocks with administrative supplies, receiving and counting inventory
  • Support all other areas of HR and any other duties assigned by Management
  • Provide superb guest-service to our employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • High school diplomat or equivalent-some college preferred, but not required
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, vibrant team environment
  • General knowledge or willingness to learn UKG, Employee Attendance & Security, Optimum 8
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, and desire to interact with Team Members and address their needs
  • 1 years+ experience in data entry or administrative type work preferred-but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral format
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change, as well as the ability and willingness to assist in other aspects of Human Resources and park operations.
